Went in for drinks..love this vibe..Ethan and Wyatt were wonderful. The margs were great and it's in the lower level so if you are hot it can cool you off quick. Ethan gave next level suggestions for tourism. Looking forward to returning when we visit Denver again.
We stumbled upon Emerald Eye on a chill Tuesday night. The atmosphere was a perfect blend of tropical and mysterious, creating a relaxing escape from the city. Ethan, our bartender, was knowledgeable and attentive. His attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our visit, from his cocktail recommendations to his expert crafting of drinks. When we requested an espresso martini, he expertly steered us towards the Carajillo, and we're so glad he did! It was an incredible recommendation. The drink was the perfect balance of coffee and sweetness. We can't wait to return and explore more of the cocktail menu!
We stumbled on this place while just walking around one night. One of the most fun, hidden away speakeasy’s we have been to. They don’t themselves too serious, and it was a great ambiance to hangout and chill with some amazing drinks.
I was so happy to find this place. I love the food menu here, I did not try anything but the liquor. I had a nice bourbon and it was neat, all pun intended. I think the design elements here are on an emotional level. As you step down the speak easy steps you’ll find a beautiful green escape. They even have an event room for larger parties and events. They were new or not very busy so the service was a little light for my taste.
Fabulous vibes and amazing cocktails that never disappoint. Our most frequent bartender, Ethan, is so knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his craft. Last time we visited, I described flavors I gravitate toward and he made me the best cocktail. The fall menu is also unique and fabulous, with a variety of options with intricate and delicious flavor profiles. Highly recommend a visit.
What a quaint little place, I love it! You'd hardly know it's there if it wasn't for the subtle signage on the street and the single that leads downstairs, very cool. Our party just had drinks there, and those were very good, can't speak to any food. Or server/ bartender was fantastic. Very excited and proud of the delicious concoctions he and the other mixologists came up with. Would be a great place for a date night, low light, great atmosphere.
Wyatt is one of, if not THE best bartender in Denver. Between crowd management and quality drinks, I’m amazed at the quality of service we have been provided on two separate occasions now. This was my second time visiting Emerald Eye, and my second time absolutely loving it. The Clarified Punch is by far the best cocktail I’ve ever had in my entire life. Honorable mention to the Woah Blackberry, which we’ve started with both times. We will absolutely be back any time that we are downtown and in need of a delicious, elevated, and satisfying beverage. 10/10, totally stunning! NOT TO MISS WHEN IN DENVER! *bonus points bc I forgot my wallet at the bar during this visit and it had been set aside safe for me the next day!
